I grew up in on a farm in the foot hills of the Adirondak Mountains .
As a adult I have fallen in love with Lake Placid and the Mirror Lake Inn.
Our family has celebrated many hoildays here,Easter,New Years, and our 25th wedding anniversary.
We have a family traditon that the girls do a weekend in November to
get away and Christmas shop. The members of our group come from as far away as California!
The newest tradition is a get together with our husband in Feb to ski,and relax at the spa.
In Feb after the snow storm we had an adventure when all the major highways in Pa were closed,arriving a day late and a trip that took 12 hours.
