| We have so many wonderful memories of Mirror Lake Inn, first coming there as a young couple in the early 90's, but one stands out. Our daughter had a wonderful 30th anniversary party for us in August 2005 to celebrate our 30 years of marriage, and the family gave us a gift certificate towards a stay at Mirror Lake Inn, as they knew it was our favorite. We were able to finally come up in November of that year and celebrated my 50th birthday too. In November not many were there, but the small group that was, was celebrating special occasions like ours. The chef, a former opera singer, came out and sang happy birthday in Italian to me on my 5oth birthday! The food, the wine, my husband and I together there again---- and this! Priceless memories! We only wish we could come more often! |
