Sorry, I haven't any pictures......just passing on a memory of my girl friend (Joyce Durgan) and myself (Shirley Deyo) attending speedskating races in front of your motel. Joyce won just about every speedskating and figuire skating competition in which she was entered. Her father' s name was Harold Durgan, Perhaps someone remembers the Durgan's from Lake Clear.
I recently had friends, Uzi & Mickey Halevy, stay in your motel sometime last year. They said they enjoyed their stay very much.
I am from Saranac Lake, NY, and spent a lot of time at the Olympic Arena, taking ice dance lessons. Lake Placid is a lovely town. I have many very old memories from the tri-lake area.
